The widespread introduction of AI-based mechanisms into classrooms has caused a fundamental change in the structure, process, and nature of education. This research aims to comprehensively examine the ethical challenges and consequences resulting from the widespread use of AI in educational environments and its impact on the professional status and identity of teachers. To achieve this goal, first, the theoretical concepts and foundations related to the ethics of technology and the role of teachers in education are examined, and then, by reviewing previous research, the main ethical concerns in this area are identified and analyzed. Among the most important challenges raised in this research are concerns related to the privacy and security of students' data, which have become doubly important due to the collection and analysis of a large volume of personal data by intelligent learning systems. Also, the possibility of algorithmic bias and educational discrimination is another serious risk that threatens justice and equality of educational opportunities. In addition, the changing nature and professional status of teachers, from the role of mere knowledge transfer to the role of educational facilitator and leader, has raised concerns about the identity and human dignity of teachers. The denial of responsibility and insufficient transparency in AI decisions are among other issues that challenge the sense of accountability in the education system. In addition to all these issues, the weakening of human interactions and the decline of the teacher-student relationship due to the dominance of technology can weaken the emotional and social aspects of the learning process. The present study further emphasizes the importance of a comprehensive and responsible view of the use of AI by presenting strategies such as developing ethical frameworks, promoting technological and ethical literacy of teachers, developing responsible algorithms, and trying to maintain a balance between the human and technological functions of education. Finally, the study suggests that the use of AI should serve to improve the quality of educational processes, strengthen the role of teachers, and protect the rights and dignity of students; because the future of education finds meaning in the intelligent coexistence of humans and technology. امروزه هوش مصنوعی (AI) به عنوان یکی از مهم‌ترین فناوری‌های تحول‌آفرین، نقش فزاینده‌ای در عرصه آموزش و پرورش ایفا می‌کند. ورود گسترده سازوکارهای مبتنی بر هوش مصنوعی به کلاس‌های درس، باعث دگرگونی اساسی در ساختار، فرآیند و ماهیت آموزش شده است. این پژوهش با هدف بررسی جامع چالش‌ها و پیامدهای اخلاقی ناشی از استفاده فراگیر از هوش مصنوعی در محیط‌های آموزشی و تاثیر آن بر جایگاه و هویت حرفه‌ای معلمان انجام شده است. برای دستیابی به این هدف، در ابتدا مفاهیم و مبانی نظری مربوط به اخلاق فناوری و نقش معلم در تعلیم و تربیت مورد بررسی قرار گرفته و سپس با مرور پژوهش‌های پیشین، به شناسایی و تحلیل اصلی‌ترین دغدغه‌های اخلاقی در این حوزه پرداخته شده است. از مهم‌ترین چالش‌های مطرح شده در این تحقیق می‌توان به دغدغه‌های مرتبط با حریم خصوصی و امنیت داده‌های دانش‌آموزان اشاره کرد که بر اثر گردآوری و تحلیل حجم وسیعی از داده‌های شخصی توسط سامانه‌های هوشمند یادگیری، اهمیت دوچندان یافته‌اند. همچنین، احتمال وقوع سوگیری‌های الگوریتمی و تبعیض آموزشی، خطر جدی دیگری است که عدالت و برابری فرصت‌های آموزشی را تهدید می‌کند. علاوه بر آن، تغییر ماهیت و جایگاه حرفه‌ای معلم، از بعد انتقال صرف دانش به نقش تسهیلگر و راهبر آموزشی، موجب نگرانی‌هایی در زمینه هویت و کرامت انسان‌ای معلمان شده است. سلب مسئولیت و شفافیت ناکافی در تصمیمات هوش مصنوعی از جمله موارد دیگری است که احساس پاسخگویی در نظام آموزشی را با چالش مواجه می‌سازد. در کنار همه این مسائل، تضعیف تعاملات انسانی و افول رابطه معلم و دانش‌آموز به سبب غلبه فناوری، می‌تواند جنبه‌های عاطفی و اجتماعی فرایند یادگیری را تضعیف کند. پژوهش حاضر در ادامه، با ارائه راهبردهایی همچون تدوین چارچوب‌های اخلاقی، ارتقاء سواد فناورانه و اخلاقی معلمان، توسعه الگوریتم‌های مسئولانه و تلاش برای حفظ تعادل بین کارکردهای انسانی و فناورانه آموزش، بر اهمیت نگاه همه‌جانبه و مسئولیت‌پذیر به کاربرد هوش مصنوعی تاکید می‌کند. در نهایت، مطالعه پیشنهاد می‌کند که استفاده از AI باید در خدمت ارتقاء کیفیت فرایندهای آموزشی، تقویت نقش معلمان و حمایت از حقوق و کرامت دانش‌آموزان قرار گیرد؛ چرا که آینده تعلیم و تربیت در همزیستی هوشمندانه انسان و فناوری معنا پیدا می‌کند. /downloadfilepdf/1151521
