This condition not only affects individual functioning and quality of life but also has a significant impact on occupational performance and social relationships. This article systematically reviews scientific literature and analyzes existing data on aging and related diseases in Kurdistan Province, focusing on the effects of Alzheimer’s on working individuals and social life in Qorveh County. Findings indicate that in the early stages, Alzheimer’s leads to decreased concentration, working memory deficits, and increased occupational errors, while in advanced stages it can result in premature disability. The disease also contributes to social isolation, reduced participation in family and work interactions, and greater dependency on others. Given the demographic structure of Qorveh County and the limited availability of specialized rehabilitation services, the consequences of Alzheimer’s on occupational and social functioning may be more pronounced. Understanding these impacts highlights the need for targeted interventions, including cognitive training, workplace adaptations, and social support programs, to improve the quality of life of affected individuals. چکیده بیماری آلزایمر یکی از شایع‌ترین اختلالات نورودژنراتیو است که با کاهش حافظه، اختلالات شناختی، اختلالات اجرایی و تغییرات رفتاری همراه است. این بیماری نه‌تنها عملکرد فردی و کیفیت زندگی بیماران را تحت تأثیر قرار می‌دهد، بلکه تأثیر قابل‌توجهی بر عملکرد شغلی و روابط اجتماعی آنان دارد. مقاله حاضر با مرور نظام‌مند منابع علمی و تحلیل داده‌های موجود از سالمندی و بیماری‌های مرتبط در استان کردستان، به بررسی اثرات آلزایمر بر افراد شاغل و زندگی اجتماعی در شهرستان قروه می‌پردازد. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد که در مراحل اولیه، آلزایمر موجب کاهش تمرکز، افت حافظه کاری و افزایش خطاهای شغلی می‌شود و در مراحل پیشرفته به ازکارافتادگی زودهنگام منجر می‌گردد. همچنین این بیماری باعث انزوای اجتماعی، کاهش مشارکت در روابط خانوادگی و کاری و وابستگی بیشتر به اطرافیان می‌شود. با توجه به ساختار جمعیتی شهرستان قروه و محدودیت خدمات توان‌بخشی تخصصی، پیامدهای آلزایمر بر زندگی شغلی و اجتماعی این افراد برجسته‌تر است. شناخت این اثرات ضرورت طراحی و اجرای مداخلات هدفمند شامل آموزش‌های شناختی، سازگارسازی محیط کاری و حمایت‌های اجتماعی را برای بهبود کیفیت زندگی بیماران نشان می‌دهد. /downloadfilepdf/1308975
