This study aimed to investigate practical and effective approaches to managing these behaviors and, based on a review of the literature and successful domestic and foreign experiences, presents preventive, interventional, and supportive strategies. The findings show that integrated approaches, including the use of classroom management strategies, social skills training, effective communication with parents, and the use of behavioral therapy principles, have the greatest impact on reducing disruptive behaviors and promoting a positive educational climate. رفتارهای چالش‌برانگیز دانش‌آموزان در کلاس درس ابتدایی، از قبیل بی‌توجهی، پرخاشگری، نافرمانی و ایجاد اختلال در جریان آموزش، یکی از نگرانی‌های جدی معلمان و نظام آموزشی است. این پژوهش با هدف بررسی رویکردهای عملی و مؤثر در مدیریت این رفتارها انجام شده و بر مبنای مرور ادبیات و تجارب موفق داخلی و خارجی، راهکارهای پیشگیرانه، مداخله‌گرانه و حمایتی را ارائه می‌کند. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد که رویکردهای تلفیقی شامل استفاده از استراتژی‌های مدیریت کلاس، آموزش مهارت‌های اجتماعی، ارتباط مؤثر با والدین و بهره‌گیری از اصول رفتاردرمانی، بیشترین تأثیر را در کاهش رفتارهای مخرب و ارتقای جو مثبت آموزشی دارند. /downloadfilepdf/1394410
