This study is applied in terms of its purpose and descriptive in terms of its data collection method. The statistical population included all elementary school teachers in Gorgan in the academic year 1402-1403, totaling 900 people, of whom 270 people were selected as samples using simple random sampling method based on the Morgan table. Standard questionnaires on moral intelligence (Linick and Keel, 1998), professional ethics (Kadwiz, 2000), and job performance (Echpo, 2000) were used to collect data. The data were analyzed using SPSS software and Pearson correlation and multivariate regression statistical methods. The research findings showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between moral intelligence and professional ethics (r = 0.396) and job performance (r = 0.532) of teachers. Also, the regression results showed that moral intelligence is a significant predictor of professional ethics and job performance. Accordingly, it can be concluded that paying attention to teachers' moral intelligence can lead to the promotion of professional ethics and improvement of their job performance. هدف از این پژوهش، بررسی نقش هوش اخلاقی بر اخلاق حرفه‌ای و عملکرد شغلی معلمان مقطع ابتدایی شهر گرگان بود. این تحقیق از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر روش گردآوری داده‌ها، توصیفی از نوع همبستگی است. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه معلمان ابتدایی شهر گرگان در سال تحصیلی ۱۴۰۲-۱۴۰۳ به تعداد ۹۰۰ نفر بود که از این میان، ۲۷۰ نفر به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده و بر اساس جدول مورگان به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. برای گردآوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه‌های استاندارد هوش اخلاقی (لینیک و کیل، ۱۹۹۸)، اخلاق حرفه‌ای (کادویز، ۲۰۰۰) و عملکرد شغلی (اچپو، ۲۰۰۰) استفاده شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS و روش‌های آماری همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون چندمتغیره تحلیل شدند. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد که بین هوش اخلاقی با اخلاق حرفه‌ای (۰.۳۹۶ = r) و عملکرد شغلی (۰.۵۳۲ = r) معلمان رابطه مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد. همچنین، نتایج رگرسیون نشان داد که هوش اخلاقی پیش‌بین معنی‌داری برای اخلاق حرفه‌ای و عملکرد شغلی است. بر این اساس، می‌توان نتیجه گرفت که توجه به هوش اخلاقی معلمان می‌تواند به ارتقای اخلاق حرفه‌ای و بهبود عملکرد شغلی آنان منجر شود. /downloadfilepdf/1562663
