The research method is qualitative and data-based theorizing (grounded theory) with a systematic approach. The statistical population consisted of education experts, school administrators, and experienced teachers who were interviewed using a theoretical purposive sampling method (snowball type) and conducted in-depth interviews until theoretical saturation was reached. The data were analyzed using three stages of open, axial, and selective collaboration. The results of open collaboration led to the identification of 76 initial factors, which after integration, were finally determined into 8 main factors and 58 subcategories. The main factors were included in the paradigm model including scientific conditions (teaching problem-solving methods), contextual conditions (educational content, teaching methods), intervening conditions (educational environment, family environment), strategies and actions (creativity training), and outcomes (developing student capabilities, increasing student interest, developing teacher capabilities and competencies). The final research model shows that student motivation and creativity is a multifaceted phenomenon that is influenced by a complex interaction of factors within and outside the school, and its promotion requires a comprehensive and systemic approach. هدف این پژوهش، شناسایی عوامل مؤثر بر ایجاد انگیزه و خلاقیت در دانش‌آموزان و ارائه الگویی پارادایمی برای تبیین روابط بین این عوامل است. روش پژوهش کیفی و از نوع نظریه‌پردازی داده‌بنیاد (گرانند تئوری) با رویکرد نظام‌مند است. جامعه آماری شامل متخصصان حوزه آموزش و پرورش، مدیران و معلمان باتجربه مدارس بودند که با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند نظری (از نوع گلوله‌برفی)، مصاحبه‌های عمیق تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری انجام شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از سه مرحله کمک‌کاری باز، محوری و انتخابی تحلیل شدند. نتایج کمک‌کاری باز منجر به شناسایی ۷۶ عامل اولیه گردید که پس از تلفیق، در نهایت ۸ عامل اصلی و ۵۸ زیرمقوله تعیین شدند. عوامل اصلی در قالب مدل پارادایمی شامل شرایط علمی (آموزش روش‌های حل مسئله)، شرایط زمینه‌ای (محتوای آموزشی، روش‌های تدریس)، شرایط مداخله‌گر (محیط آموزشی، محیط خانواده)، راهبردها و اقدامات (آموزش خلاقیت) و پیامدها (توسعه توانمندی‌های دانش‌آموز، افزایش علاقه دانش‌آموز، توسعه توانمندی‌ها و شایستگی‌های معلم) قرار گرفتند. الگوی نهایی پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که انگیزه و خلاقیت دانش‌آموزان یک پدیده چندوجهی است که تحت تأثیر تعامل پیچیده‌ای از عوامل درون مدرسه‌ای و برون مدرسه‌ای قرار دارد و ارتقاء آن نیازمند یک رویکرد جامع و سیستمی است. /downloadfilepdf/1567355
