In the face of complex contemporary educational challenges, traditional leadership is no longer responsive to the transformational needs of learning organizations. This article reviews the theoretical foundations, describes the four main components of transformational leadership (charismatic influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, and individual considerations) and analyzes the mechanisms of its impact on organizational culture, teacher empowerment, and ultimately, student learning outcomes. The findings show that transformational leaders create a dynamic and supportive environment that significantly increases academic performance by creating a shared vision, encouraging innovation, and paying attention to individual growth. Finally, policy recommendations are provided for developing managers with this leadership style. این پژوهش به بررسی جامع و تحلیلی نقش حیاتی رهبری آموزشی تحول آفرین (Transformational Leadership)در ارتقاء کیفیت یادگیری و دستیابی به پیشرفت تحصیلی مطلوب دانش آموزان در محیط های آموزشی قرن بیست و یکم می پردازد. در مواجهه باچالش های پیچیده آموزشی معاصر، رهبری سنتی دیگر پاسخگوی نیازهای تحول آفرین سازمان های یادگیرنده نیست. این مقاله با مروری بر مبانی نظری، چهار مؤلفه اصلی رهبری تحول آفرین )اثر کاریزماتیک، انگیزش الهام بخش، تحریک فکری و ملاحظات فردی(را تشریح کرده و سازوکارهای تأثیرگذاری آن بر فرهنگ سازمانی، توانمندسازی معلمان و در نهایت، نتایج یادگیری دانش آموزان را مورد تحلیل قرار میدهد. یافته ها نشان می دهند که رهبران تحول آفرین با ایجاد چشم اندازی مشترک، تشویق به نوآوری و توجه به رشد فردی، زمینه ساز محیطی پویا وحمایتی می شوند که بازدهی تحصیلی را به طور معناداری افزایش میدهد. در پایان، توصیه های سیاستی برای پرورش مدیران با این سبک رهبری ارائه شده است. /downloadfilepdf/1787474
