Given that Khorramabad is the center of a tribal and ethnic province, modern development hubs have emerged in this region. With this wave of social transformations that pave the way for changes and flourishing, and drive social growth, it is expected that the social perspective regarding the Lorestan province, especially its center, Khorramabad, would change concerning women. However, based on empirical evidence, this has not materialized. Therefore, a study was conducted to explore the deep perspectives of citizens using grounded theory analysis.According to the analysis of the results, the identified factors include:Causal Factors: Family, virtual space, gender, employment, education, and leisure time.•Contextual Conditions: Religion, ethnic-tribal culture, and economy.•Structural Conditions: Political barriers, geographical barriers, social barriers, and cultural barriers.•From the data analysis, citizens proposed strategies for the political and social activism of women, which include democratic family structures, virtual activism, peaceful activism, professional activism, and communicative activism. زنان به عنوان نیروی بالقوه با مشارکت بالفعل خود در فعالیت‌های مختلف اقتصادی، سیاسی، اجتماعی و فرهنگی، چرخ‌های جامعه را همگام با مردان به حرکت درآورده و توفیقات روزافزونی از این رهگذر به بار آورد. با توجه به این که شهر خرم آباد مرکز مرکز یک استان ایل محور و قومیتی است، محورهای توسعه محور و مدرن، در این استان شکل گرفته است. با این موج از تحولات و تغییرات اجتماعی که زمینه ساز تحولات و شکوفایی است و رشد اجتماعی را رقم می زند، انتظار می رود که نگرش اجتماعی در مورد استان لرستان به ویژه مرکز آن شهرستان خرم آباد نسبت به زنان تغییراتی داشته باشد؛ اما با توجه به شواهد تجربی این امر تحقق نیفتاده است. لذا پژوهشی در این راستا صورت گرفت که به نگرش عمیق شهروندان با روش تحلیل داده بنیاد استفاده گردید. براساس تحلیل نتایج، عوامل علی(خانواده، فضای مجازی، جنسیت، اشتغال، تحصیلات، اوقات فراغت)؛ شرایط زمینه ای (دین، فرهنگ قومی _ قبیله ای، اقتصاد)؛ شرایط ساختاری(موانع سیاسی، موانعع جغرافیایی، موانع اجتماعی، موانع فرهنگی)، شناسایی شده اند. از تحلیل نتایج داده ها شهروندان برای کنشگری سیاسی و اجتماعی زنان استراتژی (خانواده دموکراتیک، کنشگری مجازی، کنشگری مسالمت آمیز، کنشگری صنفی، کنشگری ارتباطی) می باشند. /downloadfilepdf/188095
