The present study was conducted with the aim of investigating encouragement and punishment in the learning of elementary school students. The current research is a review-library method where the information obtained from domestic and foreign articles and reliable sources and from It has been collected through searching in Civilica and SID databases, and the obtained data has been analyzed with a qualitative-descriptive method. The obtained results show that the correct encouragement can increase students' motivation and make their talent flourish, while incorrect punishment causes stress, aggression, etc. in students.And the teacher should not use corporal punishment in the classroom. Encouragement and punishment should be done according to principles such as the age of the student, the gender of the student, and the mental condition of the student. In encouraging or punishing, there should be a balance between the work the student does and the reward or punishment he receives, and as much as possible in the classroom, encouragement should precede punishment. تشویق و تنبیه در یادگیری دانش آموزان ابتدایی نقش مهمی دارند که این دو بسته به روش کارگیری شان می توانند اثر متفاوتی داشته باشند . پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی تشویق و تنبیه در یادگیری دانش آموزان ابتدایی انجام شده است . پژوهش حاضر به روش مروری -کتابخانه ای است که اطلاعات به دست آمده از مقالات داخلی و خارجی و منابع معتبر و از طریق جستجو در پایگاه های اطلاعاتی سیویلیکا و SID جمع آوری شده است و داده های به دست آمده با روش کیفی – توصیفی تجزیه و تحلیل شده اند. نتایج به دست آمده نشان می دهد تشویق صحیح می تواند انگیزه دانش آموزان را افزایش داده و باعث شکوفایی استعداد آنان شود تنبیه نادرست سبب استرس ، پرخاشگری و .... در دانش آموزان می شود و معلم در کلاس نباید از تنبیه بدنی استفاده کند. تشویق و تنبیه با توجه به اصولی نظیر سن دانش آموز ،جنسیت دانش آموز و شرایط روانی دانش آموز انجام شود . در تشویق یا تنبیه بین کاری که دانش آموز انجام می دهد و پاداش یا جزایی که دریافت می کند تعادل برقرار شود و تا حد امکان در کلاس درس تشویق بر تنبیه مقدم باشد. /downloadfilepdf/275064
