In general, strategy is a set of actions and decisions that are expressed to implement the adopted policies in order to determine what can be done considering the possibility of different future situations. This article comprehensively examines teaching and learning strategies in educational systems and their effects on the quality of student learning. Given social and technological developments, choosing effective teaching and learning methods as one of the main pillars of educational development has gained special importance. In this research, the history of teaching and learning from ancient times to the present is examined and various teaching methods are analyzed, including project-based learning, collaborative learning, and the use of new technologies. The research questions include identifying different strategies, their effects on student learning, and the factors affecting the selection of these strategies. The objectives of the research include identifying and examining teaching and learning strategies, analyzing their effects on the quality of learning, and providing suggestions for improving the quality of education. The research hypotheses show that project-based and collaborative learning has a more positive effect on students' motivation and understanding of concepts. The research method is descriptive-analytical and uses quantitative and qualitative data collected through questionnaires and interviews with teachers and students. The findings show that the use of diverse teaching and learning strategies, especially educational technologies, can help improve the quality of learning and increase student motivation. Also, the research results identify the strengths and weaknesses of each of these strategies and help teachers and educational authorities make better decisions in choosing teaching methods. In addition, this research examines the challenges in implementing these strategies and possible obstacles in the educational system. The results obtained can be used as a basis for developing educational programs and educational policies at the macro level. Finally, the article provides suggestions for improving the educational system and encouraging teachers to use modern teaching and learning methods. This research can be used as a resource for researchers and educational officials to improve the quality of education and help develop effective strategies in teaching and learning. استراتژی یا راهبرد درلغت به معنای شیوه عمل در موقعیت خاص به کار می رود. به طور کلی منظور از راهبرد، مجموعه ای از اقدامات و تصمیمات است که برای عملی کردن سیاستهای اتخاذ شده بیان می شود تا با توجه به احتمال وقوع اوضاع و احوال متفاوت آینده کارهای انجام شدنی را مشخص کند. این مقاله به بررسی جامع راهبردهای یاددهی و یادگیری در نظام‌های آموزشی و تأثیرات آن‌ها بر کیفیت یادگیری دانش‌آموزان می‌پردازد. با توجه به تحولات اجتماعی و فناوری، انتخاب روش‌های مؤثر یاددهی و یادگیری به‌عنوان یکی از ارکان اصلی توسعه آموزشی، اهمیت ویژه‌ای یافته است. در این تحقیق، تاریخچه یاددهی و یادگیری از دوران باستان تا به امروز بررسی می‌شود و به تحلیل روش‌های مختلف یاددهی، از جمله یادگیری مبتنی بر پروژه، یادگیری مشارکتی و استفاده از فناوری‌های نوین پرداخته می‌شود. سوالات تحقیق شامل شناسایی راهبردهای مختلف، تأثیرات آن‌ها بر یادگیری دانش‌آموزان و عوامل مؤثر در انتخاب این راهبردها است. اهداف تحقیق شامل شناسایی و بررسی راهبردهای یاددهی و یادگیری، تحلیل تأثیرات آن‌ها بر کیفیت یادگیری و ارائه پیشنهاداتی برای بهبود کیفیت آموزش می‌باشد. فرضیه‌های تحقیق نشان می‌دهد که یادگیری مبتنی بر پروژه و مشارکتی تأثیر مثبت‌تری بر انگیزه و درک مفاهیم دانش‌آموزان دارد. روش پژوهش به‌صورت توصیفی-تحلیلی و با استفاده از داده‌های کمی و کیفی جمع‌آوری‌شده از طریق پرسشنامه و مصاحبه با معلمان و دانش‌آموزان انجام می‌شود. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهند که استفاده از راهبردهای متنوع یاددهی و یادگیری، به‌ویژه فناوری‌های آموزشی، می‌تواند به بهبود کیفیت یادگیری و افزایش انگیزه دانش‌آموزان کمک کند. همچنین، نتایج تحقیق به شناسایی نقاط قوت و ضعف هر یک از این راهبردها پرداخته و به معلمان و مسئولین آموزشی کمک می‌کند تا تصمیمات بهتری در انتخاب روش‌های تدریس اتخاذ کنند. علاوه بر این، این تحقیق به بررسی چالش‌های موجود در پیاده‌سازی این راهبردها و موانع احتمالی در نظام آموزشی می‌پردازد. نتایج به‌دست‌آمده می‌تواند به‌عنوان مبنایی برای توسعه برنامه‌های آموزشی و سیاست‌گذاری‌های آموزشی در سطح کلان مورد استفاده قرار گیرد. در نهایت، مقاله به ارائه پیشنهاداتی برای بهبود نظام آموزشی و تشویق معلمان به استفاده از روش‌های نوین یاددهی و یادگیری می‌پردازد. این تحقیق می‌تواند به‌عنوان منبعی برای پژوهشگران و مسئولین آموزشی در راستای بهبود کیفیت آموزش مورد استفاده قرار گیرد و به توسعه راهبردهای مؤثر در یاددهی و یادگیری کمک کند. /downloadfilepdf/31133
