The study method is library-based and was conducted by analyzing reliable scientific sources. The main problem addressed by this study is the weakness in the proper use of managerial skills by principals and its effect on students' motivation and academic achievement. The findings show that the emotional intelligence of principals, especially the ability to understand and manage their own and others' emotions, plays a key role in creating a constructive learning environment. Also, the optimal use of power resources, especially expert power and referent power, can increase trust and positive interaction between principals, teachers, and students. In conclusion, the necessity of improving the emotional intelligence skills of principals and teaching the correct methods of using power resources is emphasized, and solutions are presented to improve managerial performance in schools. Keywords: Emotional intelligence, sources of power, school administrators, student learning, educational management. با توجه به اهمیت نقش مدیران مدارس در کیفیت یادگیری دانش‌آموزان، این پژوهش به بررسی تأثیر هوش هیجانی و منابع قدرت مدیران بر نحوه یادگیری دانش‌آموزان می‌پردازد. روش مطالعه به‌صورت کتابخانه‌ای بوده و با تحلیل منابع معتبر علمی انجام شده است. معضل اصلی که این پژوهش به آن پرداخته، ضعف در استفاده صحیح مدیران از مهارت‌های مدیریتی و تأثیر آن بر انگیزه و پیشرفت تحصیلی دانش‌آموزان است. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد که هوش هیجانی مدیران، به‌ویژه توانایی درک و مدیریت احساسات خود و دیگران، نقشی کلیدی در ایجاد محیط یادگیری سازنده دارد. همچنین، استفاده بهینه از منابع قدرت، به‌ویژه قدرت تخصصی و قدرت مرجع، می‌تواند موجب افزایش اعتماد و تعامل مثبت میان مدیران، معلمان و دانش‌آموزان شود. در نتیجه‌گیری، بر ضرورت ارتقای مهارت‌های هوش هیجانی مدیران و آموزش شیوه‌های صحیح استفاده از منابع قدرت تأکید شده و راهکارهایی برای بهبود عملکرد مدیریتی در مدارس ارائه شده است. واژگان کلیدی: هوش هیجانی، منابع قدرت، مدیران مدارس، یادگیری دانش‌آموزان، مدیریت آموزشی. /downloadfilepdf/323345
