Among them, the role of teachers is more prominent than other employees. Because they are directly in contact with children and adolescents. Female teachers are more efficient in promoting learning in the primary school. Accordingly, the present study was conducted with the aim of studying the effect of training and teaching of female teachers on the learning of primary school students. The present research method is a review study. The collected materials were taken from research sites including Magiran www.magiran.comCivilica www.civilica.comGoogle Scholar www.scholar.googl.com Comprehensive Humanities Portal www.ensani.irSID database was the Scientific Information Database of the Academic Jihad. Based on the research conducted, studies showed that female teachers were effective in better learning of primary school students, male or female; they also caused better emotional communication with children and caused emotional growth and development and solved emotional problems of children. Therefore, it is better to use female teachers in elementary schools to promote better learning, emotional development, and solve children's emotional problems. چکیده: آموزش و پرورش نقش مهمی در تعلیم و تربیت دانش آموزان بر عهده دارد. در این میان نقش معلمان از بقیه کارکنان پررنگ‌تر است. چرا که به صورت مستقیم با کودکان و نوجوانان در ارتباط هستند. جهت ارتقاء بهتر یادگیری در دوره ابتدایی معلمان زن کارآمدترند. بر همین اساس پژوهش حاضر با هدف مطالعه تاثیر آموزش و تدریس معلمان زن در یادگیری دانش آموزان مقطع ابتدایی انجام گرفت. روش پژوهش حاضر از نوع مطالعه مروری است. مطالب جمع آوری شده برگرفته از سایت‌های پژوهشی اعم از مگایران www.magiran.comسیویلیکا www.civilica.comگوگل اسکالر www.scholar.googl.com پروتال جامع علوم انسانی www.ensani.irپایگاه اس آی دی پایگاه اطلاعات علمی جهاد دانشگاهی بود. بر اساس پژوهش‌های انجام شده مطالعات نشان دادند که معلمان زن در یادگیری بهتر دانش آموزان مقطع ابتدایی دختر یا پسر موثر بوده‌اند؛ همچنین باعث برقراری ارتباط بهتر عاطفی با کودکان و سبب رشد و ارتقای عاطفی و حل مسائل عاطفی کودکان شدند. لذا بهتر است در مدارس ابتدایی از معلمان زن بهره برده شود تا سبب یادگیری بهتر و رشد عاطفی و حل مسائل عاطفی کودکان شوند. /downloadfilepdf/595848
