This development has not only reflected the country's political and economic structural changes, but also expressed profound cultural and social transformations. A historical and cultural study of the Iranian education system shows that education has always been influenced by the conflict between tradition and modernity, religion and science, and local and global values. After the Islamic Revolution, the education system was formed with the aim of recreating Islamic identity, but in the process of globalization, the need to modernize content, teaching methods, and educational justice is felt more than ever. The results of the research indicate that the future of education in Iran requires a balanced approach between cultural values ​​and the needs of modern society in order to provide the basis for raising a creative, critical, and responsible generation. This research was conducted with the aim of examining the history, culture, and society of the Iranian education system. The research method was descriptive-analytical and based on documentary and library sources. The findings show that education in Iran has evolved from the traditional structure of schools to a modern educational system and then centralized government structures. Despite significant achievements in the expansion of public education, challenges such as the imbalance between tradition and modernity, administrative centralization, educational inequality, and weakness in skill-based education still persist. The conclusion of the research emphasizes that sustainable educational development in Iran requires creating a balance between indigenous cultural values ​​and the scientific and technological needs of the new era. It is also suggested that a fundamental review of the curriculum, teaching methods, and education management system be carried out so that education can play a role as the foundation of the country's cultural and social development. آموزش و پرورش ایران در طول تاریخ، مسیری پر فراز و نشیب را از مکتب‌خانه‌های سنتی تا شکل‌گیری نظام آموزشی مدرن و دانشگاهی پیموده است. این تحول نه تنها بازتابی از تغییرات ساختاری سیاسی و اقتصادی کشور بوده، بلکه بیانگر دگرگونی‌های فرهنگی و اجتماعی عمیقی نیز هست. مطالعه تاریخی و فرهنگی نظام آموزشی ایران نشان می‌دهد که آموزش همواره تحت تأثیر کشمکش میان سنت و مدرنیته، دین و علم، و ارزش‌های بومی و جهانی قرار داشته است. پس از انقلاب اسلامی، نظام آموزشی با هدف بازآفرینی هویت اسلامی شکل گرفت، اما در روند جهانی شدن، ضرورت نوسازی محتوا، شیوه‌های آموزش، و عدالت آموزشی بیش از پیش احساس می‌شود. نتیجه پژوهش حاکی از آن است که آینده آموزش در ایران مستلزم رویکردی متعادل میان ارزش‌های فرهنگی و نیازهای جامعه مدرن است تا بتواند زمینه پرورش نسلی خلاق، نقاد و مسئول را فراهم سازد. این پژوهش با هدف بررسی تاریخی، فرهنگی و اجتماعی نظام آموزش و پرورش ایران انجام شده است. روش تحقیق به‌صورت توصیفی–تحلیلی و مبتنی بر منابع اسنادی و کتابخانه‌ای بوده است. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد که آموزش در ایران از ساختار سنتی مکتب‌خانه‌ها به‌سوی نظام آموزشی مدرن و سپس ساختارهای متمرکز دولتی تحول یافته است. با وجود دستاوردهای چشمگیر در گسترش آموزش عمومی، چالش‌هایی همچون عدم تعادل میان سنت و نوگرایی، تمرکزگرایی اداری، نابرابری آموزشی و ضعف در مهارت‌محوری همچنان پابرجاست. نتیجه‌گیری پژوهش تأکید دارد که توسعه پایدار آموزشی در ایران مستلزم ایجاد تعادل میان ارزش‌های فرهنگی بومی و نیازهای علمی و فناورانه عصر جدید است. همچنین پیشنهاد می‌شود بازنگری اساسی در محتوای درسی، روش‌های تدریس و نظام مدیریتی آموزش صورت گیرد تا آموزش و پرورش بتواند به‌عنوان زیربنای توسعه فرهنگی و اجتماعی کشور ایفای نقش کند. /downloadfilepdf/661177
