For this reason, the quality of education is not at the desired level and students do not show much interest in education. One of the reasons for this is the lack of familiarity of teachers with modern teaching methods. The active and modern teaching method requires the participation of students and teachers and, instead of transferring content to students, focuses on increasing the ability of the learner in the learning process. For many reasons, including emphasizing the principles of the general education system of the country and the goals of academic courses, global attitudes, the increasing growth of research, the speed of technology, the necessity of active teaching is required. In the active teaching method, the learner is tried to participate in acquiring the concept and is forced to engage in mental, scientific, individual and group activities in various ways. In other words, the content emphasizes the involvement of students in acquiring learning experiences and makes them active. The most important active and modern teaching methods include the following: 1- Problem-solving method 2- Group discussion method 3- Question and answer method 4- Brainstorming method 5- Collaborative method through teaching team members 6- Collaborative method through team efficiency planning یکی از مشکلات اساسی در نظام آموزش و پرورش خصوصاً در کشور ما، به کار نگرفتن روشهای تدریس نوین در آموزش است. به همین سبب کیفیت آموزشی از سطح مطلوب برخوردار نیست و دانش¬آموزان علاقه زیادی به تحصیل نشان نمی دهند. یکی از دلائل آن عدم آشنایی معلمان با روش¬های نوین تدریس است. روش تدریس فعال و نوین که در آن مشارکت دانش¬آموز و معلم را می طلبد و به جای انتقال مطالب به دانش¬آموز، به افزایش توانایی یادگیرنده در فرآیند یادگیری توجّه دارد. به دلایل متعدد از جمله تاکید بر اصولی از کلیات نظام آموزش و پرورش کشور و اهداف دوره¬های تحصیلی، نگرش های جهانی، رشد روز افزون تحقیقات، سرعت فناوری و تکنولوژی، ضرورت کار بست تدریس فعال را می-طلبد. در روش تدریس فعال سعی بر این است که فراگیر خود در کسب مفهوم سهیم باشد و از طرق مختلف به فعالیتهای ذهنی، علمی، فردی و گروهی وادار گردد، به عبارت دیگر، محتوا روی درگیر شدن دانش آموزان در کسب تجارب یادگیری تاکید داشته و آنان را فعال می سازد. از مهمترین روشهای فعال و نوین تدریس می توان به موارد زیر اشاره کرد: 1- روش حل مساله 2- روش بحث گروهی 3- روش پرسش و پاسخ 4 - روش بارش مغزی 5 - روش همیاری از طریق تدریس اعضای تیم 6- روش همیاری از طریق طرح کارایی تیم /downloadfilepdf/661968
