By increasing general literacy, reducing inequalities, and creating equal social opportunities, this system not only trains skilled and efficient human resources, but also improves economic development and productivity. Education drives innovation and poverty reduction through job creation. It also strengthens social capabilities and life skills and promotes participation in building a cohesive and cooperative society. However, there are significant challenges in the education system, including educational inequality and resource shortages. The shortage of teachers, appropriate learning spaces and up-to-date equipment, coupled with inadequate per-student allocation and low teacher salaries, negatively affect the education process. These issues reduce the quality of education and the motivation of teachers to work; a situation that requires serious review. In order to improve the status and livelihood of teachers, it is necessary to increase their salaries, improve their welfare facilities, and invest in the development of their individual skills. Compared to developed countries such as Finland and Japan, emphasis on more diverse curricula and modern teaching methods can help improve the quality of education. Addressing the needs of teachers and focusing on modern teaching methods will provide a significant improvement in the quality of education and will lead to the upbringing of a creative and capable generation. By taking advantage of the successful experiences of other countries, a positive transformation can be created in the education system. آموزش و پرورش به عنوان ستون فقرات جامعه نقش کلیدی در توسعه فردی و اجتماعی دارد. این سیستم با افزایش سواد عمومی، کاهش نابرابری‌ها، و ایجاد فرصت‌های برابر اجتماعی نه تنها نیروی انسانی ماهر و کارآمد تربیت می‌کند، بلکه توسعه اقتصادی و بهره‌وری را نیز بهبود می‌بخشد. آموزش موجب نوآوری و کاهش فقر از طریق ایجاد فرصت‌های شغلی می‌شود. همچنین، توانایی‌های اجتماعی و مهارت‌های زندگی را تقویت و مشارکت در ساخت جامعه‌ای همبسته و همیار را ترویج می‌کند. با این حال، چالش‌های بارزی در سیستم آموزش و پرورش وجود دارد، از جمله نابرابری آموزشی و کمبود منابع. کمبود معلمان، فضای آموزشی مناسب و تجهیزات به‌روز همراه با اختصاص ناکافی سرانه دانش آموزی و حقوق پایین معلمان، بر روند آموزش تاثیر منفی می‌گذارد. این مسائل باعث کاهش کیفیت آموزش و انگیزه شغلی معلمان می‌شود؛ وضعیتی که نیاز به بازنگری جدی دارد. به منظور بهبود وضعیت و معاش معلمان، افزایش دستمزد، ارتقای امکانات رفاهی و سرمایه‌گذاری در توسعه مهارت‌های فردی معلمان ضروری است. در مقایسه با کشورهای توسعه‌یافته مانند فنلاند و ژاپن، تاکید بر برنامه‌های درسی متنوع‌تر و روش‌های تدریس نوین می‌تواند به کیفیت بخشی به آموزش کمک کند. پرداختن به نیازهای معلمان و تمرکز بر روش‌های تدریس مدرن بهبود چشم‌گیری در کیفیت آموزش فراهم می‌کند و به تربیت نسلی خلاق و توانمند منجر خواهد شد. با بهره‌گیری از تجربیات موفق دیگر کشورها، می‌توان تحولی مثبت در نظام آموزش و پرورش ایجاد کرد. /downloadfilepdf/664445
