Council meetings are the center and focus for examining ideas and opinions, and the educational council is the embodiment and place for making group decisions, and it strengthens the sense of responsibility, participation, membership and belonging of the individual to the group. And above all, the council is a symbol of leadership, freethinking and respect for human dignity on the part of the school administrator. Management based on the principles of participation and consultation can facilitate the achievement of educational and training goals and promote them. The Teachers' Council, like an educational workshop, can, with proper planning, good management, and good execution, train educated, knowledgeable, and committed teachers. In addition to eliminating the weaknesses of novice teachers, by developing their personalities and bringing them to intellectual maturity and valuable work experiences, it can transform them into community builders and compassionate and capable educators so that they see themselves as influential in the fate of the school and society as a whole and become a good driving force for the progress of society. Only the Teachers' Council can do this. از مهمترین وظایف که بر عهده مدیران مدارس می باشد تشکیل شورای مدرسه و انجمن اولیا و مربیان مدرسه است که از بین شوراها، شورای معلمان مهمترین و اثربخش ترین آنها می باشد. جلسات شوراها مرکز و کانون بررسی عقایدو ایده ها و نظرات بوده و شورای آموزشی مظهر و محل اتخاذ تصمیمات گروهی می باشد و تقویت کننده ی حس مسئولیت پذیری، مشارکت، عضویت و تعلق فرد به گروه را به همراه دارد. و بالاتر از همه شورا نمادی از رهبری، آزاد اندیشی و احترام به کرامت انسانی از سوی مدیر مدرسه می باشد. مدیریت مبتنی بر اصول مشارکت جویی و مشورت می تواند وصول به اهداف آموزشی و تربیتی را آسان نموده و موجب ارتقاء آن شود. شورای معلمان می تواند بسان یک کارگاه آموزشی، با برنامه‌ریزی درست، حسن مدیریت و حسن اجرا، معلمانی تربیت کند فرهیخته، دانشمند و متعهد، و علاوه بر زدودن نقاط ضعف معلمان تازه‌کار، با رشد شخصیت آنان، و رساندن آنان به بلوغ فکری و تجربیات کاری ارزشمند، ایشان را به سازندگان جامعه و مربیان دلسوز و توانمند تبدیل کند تا خود را در سرنوشت مدرسه و بلکه جامعه مؤثر ببینند و به نیروی محرّک خوبی برای پیشرفت جامعه تبدیل شوند و این فقط از عهده‌ی شورای معلمان برتر ساخته است. /downloadfilepdf/665308
