This research emphasizes the importance of increasing the quality of education through the use of new teaching methods and advanced technologies. It also pays special attention to the realization of educational justice and providing equal opportunities for all students, especially in less developed regions. One of the key themes of the article is the development and continuous training of teachers, which is introduced as a major factor in improving the quality of the education system and examines the support and training methods for improving the skills of teachers. The article also emphasizes the preservation and strengthening of indigenous culture and identity in the education process, so that a generation is raised that is aware of and respects national and cultural values. Also, the role of active interaction and participation of families and society in educational processes is examined as one of the effective strategies in improving the performance of the education system. Finally, the article points out the need to implement mechanisms for continuous evaluation and monitoring of educational performance, so that the necessary reforms and improvements can be implemented continuously. In general, this article emphasizes that the creation of new educational models should be carried out by focusing on the aforementioned issues and with the aim of achieving a flexible and responsive system to the needs and developments of society. The Fundamental Transformation Document, as a vital strategy, provides a way to formulate such models in line with the progress and development of the country's educational system. این مقاله به بررسی رویکردها و روش‌های نوین آموزشی در راستای دستیابی به اولویت‌ها و اهداف سند تحول بنیادین می‌پردازد. تأکید این پژوهش بر اهمیت افزایش کیفیت آموزش از طریق بهره‌گیری از روش‌های تدریس نوین و فناوری‌های پیشرفته است. همچنین، بر تحقق عدالت آموزشی و فراهم‌سازی فرصت‌های برابر برای تمامی دانش‌آموزان، خصوصاً در مناطق کمتر توسعه‌یافته، توجه ویژه دارد. یکی از محورهای کلیدی مقاله، توسعه و آموزش مستمر معلمان است که به‌عنوان عاملی اصلی در بهبود کیفیت نظام آموزشی معرفی شده و به بررسی روش‌های حمایتی و آموزشی برای ارتقاء مهارت‌های معلمان می‌پردازد. مقاله همچنین بر حفظ و تقویت فرهنگ و هویّت بومی در فرآیند آموزش تأکید می‌کند، تا نسلی پرورش یابد که نسبت به ارزش‌های ملی و فرهنگی آگاهی و احترام داشته باشد. همچنین، نقش تعامل و مشارکت فعال خانواده‌ها و جامعه در فرآیندهای آموزشی، به‌عنوان یکی از استراتژی‌های مؤثر در بهبود عملکرد نظام آموزشی مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. در نهایت، مقاله به ضرورت پیاده‌سازی سازوکارهای ارزیابی و پایش مستمر عملکردهای آموزشی اشاره می‌کند، تا از این طریق اصلاحات و پیشرفت‌های مورد نیاز به‌طور مداوم اجرا شوند. به طور کلی، این مقاله تأکید دارد که ایجاد الگوهای نوین آموزشی باید با تمرکز بر موارد مذکور و با هدف دستیابی به نظامی انعطاف‌پذیر و واکنش‌گرا نسبت به نیازها و تحولات جامعه صورت گیرد. سند تحول بنیادین به‌عنوان یک راهبرد حیاتی، راهی را برای تدوین چنین الگوهایی در راستای پیشرفت و توسعه نظام آموزشی کشور ارائه می‌دهد. /downloadfilepdf/669660
