The method we used in this article is a systematic review. The statistical population of this study is 65 articles, of which the researcher selected 21 articles that were most relevant to the title. In order to obtain valid data in the research process, the content analysis method was used to extract texts and concepts related to the research topic (in the period 2010 to 2014), such as books, theses, magazines, articles, etc., such as emerald insight, sciencedirect, springer link, Journal of Management and Business Education, (ISI), (google scholar), Normags, Magiran, Iranian Quality Management Association, the database of the Scientific Information Center of the Academic Jihad (cilivica), the comprehensive portal of humanities, and the book of the Fourth Industrial Revolution and the book of the Third Industrial Revolution, were used to collect data. The results of the research showed that in order to keep up with the developments of the Fourth Industrial Revolution and be present in the global community, it is necessary to develop human resources by providing sufficient provisions to benefit from the benefits and opportunities of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. Undoubtedly, we need an efficient curriculum in this direction; therefore, the curricula of the education and training system and higher education in the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution require continuous review and evaluation in order to be reconstructed in the best possible way. هدف از این پژوهش، بررسی نقش ارزشیابی برنامه درسی در عصر انقلاب صنعتی چهارم است. روشی که در این مقاله استفاده کردیم، مروری سییستماتیک است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش،65 مقاله است که پژوهشگر از این میان، 21مقاله که بیشترین ارتباط را با عنوان داشت، انتخاب کرد. برای دستیابی به داده های معتبر در فرایند پژوهش به شیوۀ تحلیل مضمون با استفاده از فیش برداری به استخراج متون و مفاهیم مرتبط با موضوع پژوهش (در محدوده زمانی1399 تا 1402 )، از قبیل کتاب ها، پایان نامه ها، مجلات، مقال ها مبادرت شد. و از پایگاه های اطلاعاتی نیز از جمله emerald insight،.sciencedirect، springer link ، Journal of Management and Business Education،( ISI ) آی اس آی ، (google scholar ) گوگل اسکالر، نورمگز، مگیران، انجمن مدیریت کیفیت ایران، پایگاه مرکز اطلاعات علمی جهاد دانشگاهی(cilivica) ، پرتال جامع علوم انسانی و کتاب انقلاب صنعتی چهارم و کتاب انقلاب صنعتی سوم، برای جمع آوری داده ها استفاده شد . نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که برای همراه شدن با تحولات انقلاب صنعتی چهارم و حضور در جامعه ی جهانی ،لازم است به توسعه ی منابع انسانی با فراهم کردن تمهیدات کافی جهت بهره مندی از مزایا و فرصت های انقلاب صنعتی چهارم بپردازیم. بی شک در این مسیر نیازمند برنامه ی درسی کارآمد هستیم؛ بنابراین برنامه های درسی نظام آموزش و پرورش و آموزش عالی در عصر انقلاب صنعتی چهارم، نیازمند بازنگری و ارزشیابی مداوم است تا به بهترین نحو بازسازی شود. /downloadfilepdf/75898
