What prompted us to collect materials in this field is the study of the educational systems of countries and the comparative study of educational theory and practice and comparing them with each other for all those who are somehow involved in education, which is an interesting and informative topic and is discussed in this article in general. In order to raise useful and desirable people, an efficient educational system is needed whose components and elements, including curriculum, students, teachers, educational materials, space, etc., are related to each other in order to achieve the desired goals. The purpose of this article is to conduct a comparative study of education in different countries of the world, emphasizing several indicators, the process of forming schools, the administration of education in a centralized and decentralized manner, curriculum, educational levels and stages, curriculum and foreign language teaching, and teachers' salaries and benefits. In this article, we first discussed the historical course of the educational system and then the structure and educational goals of this system. آموزش و پرورش یکی از نهاد های اصلی جامعه است که وظیفه ی تعلیم و تربیت و آماده ساختن افراد مؤثر و مفید را جهت خدمت در جامعه بر عهده دارد. آنچه ما را بر آن داشت که به جمع آوری مطالب در این زمینه بپردازیم، بررسی نظام های آموزشی کشور ها و مطالعه ی مقایسه ای تئوری و عملی آموزشی و مقایسه آنها با یکدیگر برای کلیه کسانی که به نحوی با آموزش و پرورش سرو کار دارند می باشد که موضوعی جالب و آموزنده است و در این مقاله به صورت کلی به آن پرداخته می شود. برای پرورش افرادی مفید ومطلوب، نیاز به یک نظام آموزشی کار آمد است که اجزا و عناصر آن اعم از مواد درسی، دانش آموز، معلم،وسایل آموزشی، فضاو... با یکدیگر در ارتباط اند تا اهداف مورد نظر تحقق یابد. هدف از این مقاله بررسی تطبیقی آموزش و پرورش در کشورهای مختلف جهان است با تاکید بر چند شاخص، روند شکل گیری مدارس، اداره آموزش و پرورش به شیوه متمرکز و غیرمتمرکز، مواد درسی، پایه ها و مقاطع آموزشی ، مواد درسی و آموزش زبانهای خارجی، حقوق و مزایای معلمین می باشد. در این مقاله ابتدا به سیر تاریخی نظام آموزشی و سپس به ساختار و اهداف آموزشی این نظام پرداختیم. /downloadfilepdf/76451
